Registration fees include welcome reception for program participants and spouses/guests, morning coffee prior to lecture starts, morning and afternoon coffee breaks and box lunch on Friday and Saturday.

Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.

We point out the importance of early registration and early hotel room reservation, considering the timing of this Conference in New York City during the pre-Holiday Season. Upon receipt of a registration, you will be mailed a registration confirmation for the Conference.

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Postmarked up until September 30, 2019 – 100% refund (minus $50 handling fee and bank charges)
• Postmarked from September 30, 2019 – 50% refund
• No refund on cancellations sent after October 15, 2019

The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the FRM Conference 2019. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
